The full course is designed to give you depth. Of course, you can use meditation to simply relax, but this course has been created to show you so much more than that. Mindfulness, when taught and practiced properly, allows us to experience a different way of being.
 
This course, The Positively Aware Experience coaches each learner through a transformative journey. Guiding you through different methods, explaining the theory and allowing you time to practice and reflect. Through personal enquiry, sharing experiences and skills David helps you to internalise mindfulness and equip yourself with a powerful cognitive skill.
 
The full experience is split into three sections; each with half a day face to face group coaching.
